Package Your Device
Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
